Green and tasty smoothie to get you going.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of pineapple cut into chunks

  • 2 cups of baby spinach

  • ½ tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds

  • 1 cup of water

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • ⅛ tsp ground black pepper

Preparation

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender until thoroughly mixed and smooth

  • Serve Immediately
