Kale Pineapple Smoothie

A vitamin-enriched smoothie

🥬 Vegan🌿Vegetarian 🍃Low Carbs

Ingredients

  • 2 cups kale

  • 1 ½ cups of fresh pineapple 

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 ½ cups of unsweetened almond milk

  • Honey or maple syrup to taste

Preparation

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender until thoroughly mixed and smooth

  • Taste for sweetness and add maple syrup or honey to taste. 

  • Serve Immediately
