Ingredients

  • 3 med carrots (washed, peeled, cut in chunks)

  • 1 ½ cups of peeled oranges  

  • 1 tbsp grated ginger

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened coconut water

  • ⅙ tsp ground black pepper

Preparation

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender until thoroughly mixed and smooth

  • Serve Immediately
